1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to ChainHelm Limited and to information processed through chainhelm.com, our product interfaces, customer support, and related services. When a customer uses ChainHelm to manage contributor information, that customer generally decides why the information is processed and ChainHelm acts on its documented instructions.
2. Information you provide
We receive account details, contact information, organization settings, support messages, billing contacts, and configuration data you choose to enter. Platform records may include contributor roles, wallet addresses, permission assignments, review notes, and workflow outcomes; customers remain responsible for collecting this information lawfully.
3. Information collected automatically
Our systems record browser type, device characteristics, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and security events such as failed sign-ins. We use this information to keep the service reliable, investigate abuse, understand performance, and improve product navigation.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide platform features, authenticate users, process subscriptions, respond to requests, prevent fraud, maintain audit trails, and communicate important service notices. We do not use customer contributor records to build advertising audiences or sell personal information.
5. AI-assisted analysis
ChainHelm may evaluate access, payment, onboarding, and activity signals to produce risk indicators and operational recommendations. These indicators support human review; they are not intended to make final employment, financial, or identity decisions without an authorized operator.
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We share information with infrastructure, hosting, payment, security, analytics, and support providers only when needed to operate the service. Providers must protect information under contractual obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, or during a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
7. International transfers
ChainHelm is headquartered in Hong Kong and serves distributed organizations. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and applicable transfer requirements.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for the period needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers can request export or deletion of workspace data through their administrator or by contacting us; some records may remain where retention is legally required.
9. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transmission, logging, environment separation, and least-privilege operational practices to protect information. No online service is risk-free, so customers should use strong authentication, limit administrator roles, and report suspected compromise promptly.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to hello@chainhelm.com. We may verify the request and ask you to contact your organization administrator when the data belongs to a customer workspace.
11. Children and changes
ChainHelm is a business service and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
12. Contact
